Truck Year/Model/Engine: 2016 Freightliner Cascadia Detroit DD15
After turning the truck on one morning, the check engine came on. So I plugged in my scanner tool by OTR Performance. The codes were SPN 91 FMI 8, SPN 2623 FMI 8 & SPN 111 FMI 3. What was wrong with my truck was the CPC4 (Common Powertrain Control Module). After replacing the CPC4, the accelerator pedal started to work properly again and the other codes were cleared also. Good Luck!
